About me ?

I wash clothes everyday, like to cook, like to hand wash dishes. I drink coffee only in the morning, love to sleep, and I choose comfort over fashion. I like things quiet, love rivers, lakes, and any ocean. I have been picking up rocks my whole life, and I have planters full. Flat smooth river rocks are my favorite.

I love my family…that includes Sassy. She is the reigning Queen at the house . We live in Birmingham. I was born here but didn’t return for 60 years. I retired from nursing to raise some more children. My husband is kind, and loving. I feel so lucky to have him.

I hold the record at Alabama Pediatrics for being the oldest mother they have had the pleasure of serving. We have two adult sons, and a 6 year old, and a seven year old. One of the older boys has two sons about the same age as his younger brothers. Lots of testosterone when they all get together.
